How To Apply
Step 1: Request information
To learn more about STM before applying, complete our online inquiry form.
STEP 2: Complete THE APP
You can apply to STM via our online application or the Standard Application Online. Be sure to send in the required items from the checklist below. If you want to request a form fill or paper application, please email us at admissions@stmct.org.
STEP 3: SChedule your visit
A great way to learn about our program and way of life is to visit the campus. Please call us at 860-823-3861 or email admissions@stmct.org to schedule a visit. This step is not required, but recommended.
Application Checklist
REQUIRED For All Students
- Online Application and Parent/Guardian Statement
- Transcripts for current and previous 2 school years
- Principal/Guidance, English Teacher, and Math Teacher references
- Standardized test scores are optional*
- Interview (in-person or via phone/video call)
- Financial aid application if applying for financial assistance
*We accept a variety of standardized tests, including the SSAT, PSAT, ISEE, SAT, ACT, and state-mandated standardized tests.
Additional ITEMS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
- TOEFL, Duolingo, SLEP, or other English proficiency test
- Copy of passport
- Copy of Visa and 1-20 (if transferring from a school in the USA)
- Parent financial affidavit
Note: All required forms and deposits must be received before the I-20 can be issued. It’s best to send all materials together to expedite the decision process.
